The second round of the California Dream For All Shared Appreciation Loan program is coming this Spring and we want to share the details with you. Home equity has proven to be one of the strongest ways for families to build and pass on intergenerational wealth and CalHFA is committed to improving equitable access to homeownership for all Californians.

The Dream For All Shared Appreciation Loan provides first-time homebuyers with up to 20% of the home purchase price to be used for down payment and/or closing costs. CalHFA allows qualified homebuyers to layer other non-CalHFA down payment assistance loans or grants to maximize affordability. Join us online on Thursday, February 15 at 6pm to learn about the new guidelines, the application process, the shared appreciation component and the education requirements.
